The product is great, but the service wasn’t. On the day of delivery, I got a text saying there would be a delay — without an explanation. After a couple of days with no updates, I contacted CS via the app, but didn’t hear back even after 3 work days. So I called the hotline to ask about the status of my order and got a generic “We’ll follow up on your query.” They didn’t. So I called again, and they finally made an effort to give me a useful answer. Delays happen, but so should follow-ups!
