Make sure your shaver is charged and ready to go.
Try to shave before washing your face, as skin tends to be slightly swollen after washing.
After a few days without shaving, for example over the weekend, it's best to trim your stubble before you shave.
Now, turn the Braun shaver on. Stretch the skin with your free hand before shaving extra sensitive areas or places that need a closer shave. This ensures a smooth glide across your skin.
Hold the shaver at a right angle (90°) to your skin and shave against the direction of beard growth. Remember that avoiding going over the same areas repeatedly increases your chances of avoiding skin irritation.
Keep the pressure even to achieve the best possible shave. No need to push as hard as you do with a manual razor.
Clean your shaver regularly.
Please keep away from children. Do no touch the blade with hands to avoid being hurt.
Rinse with water and allow your blades to air-dry after use
Conventional shavers allow heat to build up in the shaver head. Braun °CoolTec has a Thermo Electric Cooling element (TEC) between the shaving foils. Without any gels or lotions, it cools down the skin while shaving and leaves a lingering feeling of cool refreshment. Clinical tests have shown a significant reduction in shaving induced skin irritations like redness, burning and itching sensations.
