Merry Giftmas Member Reward Terms & conditions

1. Merry Giftmas Member Reward promotion period is 9 to 31 Dec 2022.
2. The participant must be MoneyBack App member, MoneyBack App QR code should be presented upon check-out. MoneyBack App member, who had purchase at Watsons eShop/ physical stores and the daily 500th registered member during 9 to 31 Dec 2022 will be rewarded a Hong Kong Airlines round-trip tickets redemption code (Quota: 23). Registration period is 9 Dec 2022 to 31 Dec 2022 23:59:59.
3. All MoneyBack App member must register on the designated website, the eligible winner will receive a phone call after the promotion end for the redemption detail of the rewards (on/before 16 JAN 2023). The rewards will be forfeited automatically if we are not able to contact the winner within 3 days after the promotion period.
4. MoneyBack App member register successfully in designated website and upon any spending at Watsons eShop/stores during promotion period will be rewarded a hutchgo flight ticket coupon code. The code must be redeemed at Hutchgo.com & applicable to Hong Kong Airline flight ticket. First come first serve.
5. The transaction record for verifying the winner will be based on Watsons internal system. Transaction date must be the same date as registration date. All the transactions must be made within the promotion period, and the date is determined by the computer system time. Eligible shopping receipt must be based on the confirmed and delivered transactions (applicable to online purchase & retail store purchase), exclude refunded or cancelled transactions. If the 500th registered app member didn’t purchase during promotion, the 501st registered app member with consumption will be entitled a Hong Kong Airlines round-trip tickets redemption code and so on.

1. The list of winners will be announced at the MoneyBack App and website and the list will display the first and last 4 characters of each winner’s MoneyBack member identification number.
2. Each MoneyBack app member will be rewarded a Hong Kong Airlines round-trip free ticket at maximum
3. The eligible winner of MoneyBack App member will receive an email from Watsons with attached of a Hong Kong Airlines round-trip economy class flight ticket redemption code, is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates. The winner must redeem the tickets using the redemption code within the redemption period from 9 December 2022 to 04 May 2023 (both dates inclusive). The flight ticket redemption code will not be reissued if expired.
4. The travel period is from 9 December 2022 to 4 June 2023, except blackout period and is subject to seat availability of the flights. Blackout Period is 1 to 5 February 2023, 1 to 17 April 2023, 1 to 8 May 2023.
5. The flight ticket redemption code does not cover any applicable taxes, cost of levy and fuel surcharges, $250 redemption fee.
6. Eligible app member can redeem Hong Kong Airlines round-trip free ticket by sending email to leisurehk@hutchisontravel.com or call 3192 0900. Redemption must be done at least 10 workings days before the flight departure.
7. Eligible app members can redeem coupon code in hutchgo.com website. The Coupon Code is applicable for purchase of flight departures from Hong Kong at Hong Kong Airlines for 2 or more passengers. The Coupon Code is only eligible for economy class cabin is and a 20kg check-in baggage is included.All ticket price is calculated per person and at least 2 adult passengers travelling together.

The offer of the Coupon Code is 10% off the air ticket price; and the maximum discount for each transaction is HK$1,000. Redemption Period is from 5th December 2022 to 10th February 2023. Travel Period is subject to availability of flights until 20th June 2023, , is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates. The coupon code will not be reissued if expired.

1. The flight ticket redemption code and promo code are supplied by Hutchison Travel Limited (“Hutchison”) ang Hong Kong Airlines and are subject to Hutchison and Hong Kong Airlines Terms and Conditions. Watsons is not the supplier of the rewards and will not be responsible for any liability relating to them. Hutchison will be solely responsible for any issues relating to the flight ticket redemption code and promo code. Any disputes or complaints shall be resolved directly between the winner, Hutchison and Hong Kong Airlines.
2. The Coupon Code is not applicable to tax and surcharges.
3. The Coupon code must be redeemed at www.Hutchgo.com.hk
4. Only one redemption code can be used for redemption, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent neither.
5. There is no refund for any unused prize redemption code. The prize redemption code may not be used to exchange for other products and/or services. Any expired or invalid prize redemption code will not be re-issued.
6. Once the redemption is confirmed, refund or rebook is not allowed.
7. Winner must not store the flight ticket redemption code in a data retrieval system outside of the designated redemption website; reproduce, copy, change or publish the flight ticket redemption code in any form or by any means; or misuse flight ticket redemption code. Any of the foregoing acts is a violation of the terms and conditions of flight ticket redemption code, which may result in the rejection or cancellation of the relevant flight ticket redemption code. All consequences, losses and/or damages shall be borne by the winner. Hutchison Travel Limited will not be responsible or bear any legal responsibility.
8. If the redeemed flight fails to depart due to any force majeure factors (such as flight cancellation, rescheduling, failure to leave the country or compulsory quarantine caused by the pandemic), Watsons will not be responsible for any loss and will not make any refund or compensation of the coupon code used. The rewards are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity.
9. When customer use the flight ticket redemption code or promo code at hutchgo.com website (www.hutchgo.com) or mobile APP, they must enter specific redemption code or promo code. Only 1 redemption code or promo code can be used for each transaction, customer cannot use different redemption code or promo code for one transaction.
10. Please visit www.hutchgo.com.hk/watsons-winterpromotion for related terms and conditions. Reservation must be made at hutchgo.com website (www.hutchgo.com) or mobile APP. The redemption code or promo code needs to be keyed in at time of payment whereas no redemption code or promo code can be used once booking is confirmed. 12. Watsons is not liable for the failure of suppliers of prizes to perform any obligations or provide any services. Any dispute regarding the quality, performance or value of prizes should be resolved directly by the winners with the respective suppliers of prizes.
13. The MoneyBack number provided by the participants (if any), are mainly for the purpose of notification and verification of identity.
14. In case of dispute, the decision of Watsons shall be final and conclusive.
