HOW TO PREPARE S-26® GOLD PROMISE® GROWING-UP FORMULAHOW TO OPEN1. Hold the upper side of the can with both hands, push thumbs lightly inward on the opening lock#.2. Move the lid cover up gently when the opening lock pops open. A scoop is provided on the lid.# If the lid cap is not sealed with the plastic shrink wrap when purchased, do not open and ingest.1.Wash your hands beforepreparing formula.2.Wash cup thoroughlyuntil no milk remains.3.Boil drinking waterfor 5 minutes;allow to cool until lukewarm.4.Consult feeding table, pourexact amount of lukewarmwater into the cup.5.Use only the scoop from this container. Measure generous amount of powder. Level each scoopwith leveling bar at the top of can toensure accurate serving volume.6.Consult feeding table, addexact number of level scoopsinto cup.7.After use, store the scoopin the scoop restingstation as shown.8. Stir until powder is fully dissolved.Test temperature before feeding.9.Close can tightly after eachuse and store in a cool and dryplace. Must be used within4 weeks after opening.
