The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and fermented in controlled environments before being blended and fined to produce the best possible product. A soft, juicy raspberry flavor with subtle notes of white pepper and tannins has added length to its pallate to create a youthful and well balanced wine. It is good to pair with beef, lamb and dishes with poultry.
