This wine was made in a contemporary Australian style, fermented at very cool temperatures in stainless steel to retain as much fruit flavor as possible. The wine was bottled young to capture the fresh, vibrant fruit characters. This wine displays ripe tropical melon with herbaceous characters of freshly cut grass, creating a zesty, vibrant taste. It is good for pairing with poultry good such as chicken.
