第一次使用網購，太唔環保啦，購買兩小瓶膠囊，包裝包括一個大紙盒，上面纏著Watsons 膠紙，裏面一個波波膠袋，整理包裝重量比購買物件重3倍，太可怕了。我花了很多時間把回收和非回收物分開，非回收物也比購買物件重1倍。原來Watsons這方面太不著重。
至於網上訂購，原來不能即時購買的物品是不能在門市取，必需選擇用順豐等方式才能訂購。如果不能即時購買，過幾天才到門市取貨，不能嗎?
期望有關部門考慮，作出改善。
