The SENTIS HPV self-sampling kit is designed for the collection, transport and storage of cervical samples. Samples are mailed to a clinical laboratory for HPV test, which will be used for in vitro diagnosis.
Using the test kit, users can collect their own cervical and vaginal cell samples for early detection of HPV infection. The test can accurately detect infection with high-risk types of HPV strains that may cause cervical cancer, thereby reducing a woman's risk of developing cervical cancer.

The SENTIS HPV self-sampling test kit is designed for the collection, transport and storage of cervical samples.
Samples will be mailed to clinical laboratories for HPV testing, which will be used for in vitro diagnostic purposes.
There are 4 steps to use:
Step 1: Pre-sampling
Sampling should be carried out at the following times:
Just after showering
24 hours after sexual intercourse
3 days after the end of menstruation or after vaginal flushing

Step 2: Doctor Consultation
Please ensure that the phone is switched on during the appointment time and watch for incoming calls.

Step 3: Self-Sampling
1. Wash your hands before removing the kit from the package. Take out the test card from the
package and place it on a clean surface. Find a comfortable position, such as lying down, knees
bent and legs spread open or standing upright with one foot on a chair.
2. Hold the sampling swab by placing your finger tips at the dent located 3 cm from the brush.
Gently spread your labia with your other hand, slowly insert the sampling swab into your vagina
until you feel any resistance or reach the end of the vagina.
3. Once the swab reaches the end of the vagina, gently rotate the swab 3 to 5 times to collect
samples. Then gently pull out the swab.
4.Take out the test card and smear the swab onto the test card, specically the purple area in the
centre. Try to cover the entire purple region. The sample collection is successful when there is a
colour change. Let dry at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Place the test card back into the package, seal well and place it into the return envelope. Post
and return it within 24 hours after sampling. Postage is not required.
Step 4: Report
The report will be ready within five working days upon our receipt of your sample.
