How to Use
1. Fill the cap to the 5ml line.
2. Swish it around your mouth for 30 seconds, then spit it out.
3. Check your teeth and gums for any sneaky plaque stains.
4. Brush those stains until they reduce with toothgel or toothpaste.
5. Once completed, rinse off with water.
