How is the shipping fee calculated for Watsons eStore?

We will charge the shipping fee based on the following delivery methods:  

a. Click and Collect (including Click and Collect Express) 
Except for paying with Octopus, no shipping fee will be charged on purchasing with net order value of more than HK$50 (the net order value is calculated by deducting discounts from eCoupons and promotion code). A free shipping charge offer applies at HK$10 when paying with Octopus.  

b. Home Delivery (including Express Delivery) 
No shipping fee will be charged on purchase with net order value of more than HK$399 (the net order value is calculated by deducting discounts from eCoupons and promotion code). If the net order value is below HK$399, HK$45 shipping fee will be collected.  

c. SF Locker self-pick-up point  
No shipping fee will be charged on purchasing with net order value of more than HK$250 (the net order value is calculated by deducting discounts from eCoupons and promotion code). If the net order value is below HK$250, HK$35 shipping fee will be collected.  

d. Cross Border Home Delivery
No shipping fee will be charged on purchasing with net order value of more than HK$500 (the net order value is calculated by deducting discounts from eCoupons and promotion code). If the net order value is below HK$500, HK$55 shipping fee will be collected.  

Are there any restrictions on delivery locations?

We offer both standard delivery service and “Watsons Express Delivery” service.

Our standard delivery service is available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and outlying islands, including Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, and Peng Chau. but not applicable to the below Island location: Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, and Hong Kong International Airport.

The “Watsons Express Delivery” service is also available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories, but is not applicable to Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, and Peng Chau. Please select our standard delivery service when placing order for the above-mentioned outlying islands.

In addition, we are unable to deliver orders to the below location :
• Non-fixed addresses
• Restricted border areas
• Warehouses
• Locations where delivery can only be made through a balcony and not accessible by lift or stairs.
• Tenement House (delivery only up to the third floor, the ground floor is considered the first floor)
• Village House and Walled Village (Only deliver at the entrance of Village)
• Cannot deliver to the address that cannot be transported by the lift

In addition, the delivery time will be postponed during the first and second day of Chinese New Year, Typhoon Signal No. 8 and black/red rain warning. Sorry for inconvenience caused.

Part of products also support orders shipped to Mainland China, excluding the Tibet Autonomous Region, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province, and Sansha City in Hainan Province. Applicable products can be found at https://www.watsons.com.hk/c/cross_border

What is Collect at Watsons Store?
Customers shopping at Watsons eStore can now select ““Click and Collect” or “Click and Collect Express” ” services at selected Watsons stores for order collection.
What is Click and Collect Express ?
Choose “Click and Collect Express ”service, you will receive the notification for order collection in as fast as 30mins upon checkout completion. Please pay attention to the store closing time before picking up the goods, checkout complete after 6:00 pm and you will receive the notification for order collection by next day.
What is Watsons Express Delivery?
If you select our “Watsons Express Delivery”, your order will be delivered from the nearest Watsons store. We offer delivery in as fast as 30mins* for orders placed during 9am - 7pm​(except for the first and second day of Chinese New Year, Typhoon Signal No. 8 and black/red rain warning).

*Depending on the delivery area, Express Delivery is usually delivered on the same day. In case of excessive orders, the delivery may be delivered on the next day.
Are there any restrictions on SF Locker self-pick-up point?

The SF locker can accommodate a maximum of 10 products. Also, paper, diaper, milk powder, beverage, case offer, and other large volume products. If the total amount or weight of the parcel exceed the service area of SF locker, customer service officers from SF will contact you directly and relocate the parcel to the nearest location for you to pick up.   
 

In addition, a surcharge of HKD5 will be charged for remote areas (self-collection at SF lockers)

How to receive SF locker SMS pick up notification?

Please Note: If the total quantity or weight of the items you selected exceeds the capacity of a single smart locker, your shipment may be split into more than one parcel.

Download the SF Express Hong Kong app and stay tuned for real-time push notifications sent by SF Express Hong Kong. These notifications will include your "Smart Locker Pickup Code" for checking and collection. Please collect your parcel at the designated location within 24 hours using the code; otherwise, SF Express will charge a handling fee of HK$15 per day.

How long does delivery take?
Normally, you can receive the orders with your preferred delivery timeslot and date when your order is accepted, payment is confirmed and you received "Watsons eStore Order Processing" email. However, delivery time may be affected by seasonal holidays (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Easter)or in the situation of overwhelming order.Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.
How long does delivery take for Collect at Watsons Store ?
Choose “Click and Collect” service, you will receive the notification of ready to collect the order within 2 working days once check out and received the order confirmation email. Customers must collect and pick up within 3 days. Delivery and collect service will be delayed due to public holidays (eg Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter Holidays), or if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.
Can order items be delivered to another address other than the registered one?

You can manage your deliver addresses in “My Account” > “Delivery Address Book”.

In the checkout process, you can either select the address that you have saved or input the new address

Can I change the delivery address after my eShop order is confirmed?

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, change order content or delivery mode. If you wish to make changes on delivery time, address, contact person or telephone no., you may go to Watsons HK mobile App. click "My Account" and select "Order History", choose the specific order number and click "Enquiry", fill in the information and click "Submit". 
You can also reach us by WhatsApp no. 2608 8383, please leave your order no. and contact information. Our Customer Service Representative will follow up with you shortly. 
Can I still change my address, or cancel my order, after my order is confirmed?
Once the order is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled and the information cannot be changed.
Can the delivery service take place to the buildings without elevators?
We cannot deliver to the address that cannot be transported by the lift. For Tenement House, delivery only up to the third floor (the ground floor is considered the first floor). For Village House and Walled Village, we only deliver at the entrance of Village.
What should I do if I forget to pick up my Click & Collect order at store?
Click and Collect order is available for pick-up at designated Watsons stores within
 3 days after receiving Order Collection notification. For orders not collected within 3 days, Watsons reserves the right to charge administration fees. For assistance, you may go to Watsons HK mobile App. click "My Account" and select "Order History", choose the specific order number and click "Enquiry", fill in the information and click "Submit". 
You can reach Watsons' Customer Service Team via Whatsapp at 2608 8383 and leave your Name, Contact Number & Order number. Our Customer Service team will follow up with you as soon as possible.
What if there is a failed delivery attempt?
If the delivery address was incorrect, incomplete including but not limited to unapplicable address, contact number or recipient that might cause the failed delivery attempt, shipping fee listed in the order will be nonrefundable. Delivery details without the hotel room number or uses the hotel general hotline as contact number may be regarded as incomplete or incorrect.
How much time needed for the delivery to Mainland China?
Orders shipped to Mainland China require customs declaration, which will be handled by our company. When the order arrives in Mainland China, the logistics company SF Express will send SMS to the Mainland mobile number provided during checkout, reminding the recipient to upload the relevant identification documents for customs clearance verification. To ensure your order passes through customs smoothly and to avoid unnecessary delays or additional charges, you should provide accurate and complete customs identification information. Also, according to regulations on postal items by China Customs, declared value of a personal parcel delivered to Mainland China containing 2 or more items shall not exceed RMB 2000 and it shall not exceed 2 tins of Baby Milk Powders. If your order exceeds the regulations, we will ship the items in the order out separately which may lead to different delivery times for each shipment. For delivery addresses in Guangdong Province, the entire process is expected to take approximately 8 to 10 working days. For other provinces, it is expected to take around 10 to 13 working days, subject to flight availability, progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Can I get refund if order cannot be delivered to the Mainland China?
Order will be returned to Watsons if customs clearance is not success (takes around 3-6 months depend on return procedures of customs and SF Express). We will arrange refund within 4-6 weeks once received order.
Why I need to do the second declaration for Mainland China Order?
ID card information is not complete and required you to do the second declaration.
