How to Use
Take one tablet daily, starting on the first day of your menstrual period and continue for 21 consecutive days. Then stop taking the tablets for 7 days to allow for a pill-free interval. After the 7-day break, begin the next pack of Mercilon. You may also start taking the oral contraceptive on Days 2 to 5 of your menstrual cycle, but be sure to use an additional contraceptive method during the first 7 days of taking the pill.

Taking your pill at the same time every day may help reduce side effects. Try linking it to a regular daily activity, such as before bedtime or with breakfast, to help avoid missing a dose.
