How to Use

1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing formula.2. Boil clean bottles, nipples, caps and utensils in water (1 minute at a rolling boil).3. Boil fresh water at a rolling boil for 1 minute. Cool to room temperature prior to mixing.4. Pour desired amount of the cooled water into the bottle. Add powder.5. Cap bottle and SHAKE WELL.

Blend of vegetable oils (coconut, high oleic sunflower, medium chain triglycerides (mct) and soybean oils) (plant), whey protein concentrate (cow’s milk), corn syrup solids (plant), nonfat milk powder (cow’s milk), lactose (cow’s milk), minerals (calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, cupric sulfate, ferrous sulfate, magnesium chloride, manganese sulfate, sodium chloride, sodium citrate, sodium iodide, sodium selenite and zinc sulfate), single cell oils (Mortierella alpina oil, Crypthecodinium cohnii oil) as sources of Arachidonic acid (ARA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), emulsifier (soy lecithin) (plant), vitamins (alpha-tocopheryl acetate, biotin, calcium pantothenate, cholecalciferol, choline chloride, cyanocobalamin, folic acid, niacinamide, phytonadione, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, sodium ascorbate, thiamine hydrochloride and vitamin A palmitate), inositol, taurine, nucleotides (adenosine monophosphate, cytidine monophosphate, guanosine monophosphate and uridine monophosphate), antioxidants (ascorbic acid and ascorbyl palmitate), L-carnitine and acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide).

Storage Condition

Stores cans at room temperature. After opening can, keep tightly covered, store in dry area and use contents within 1 month. Do not freeze powder and avoid excessive heat.
