How to Use
To use:Use after lash curler and before mascara. Lift up lashes from the base with the concave side of the brush. Once the mascara base dries, apply mascara on top.To remove: Dampen your lashes with 38°C warm water, then gently wash off with facial soap in circular motion. If applied waterproof mascara on top, after dampening your lashes, recommend using oil-based make-up remover for removal.
