How to Use

Adult: Take 2-4 tablets, 1-2 time(s) daily
For women before pregnancy, during pregnancy and lactation: Take 2-3 tablets, 1-2 time(s) daily.
Help to inhibit the bad bacteria: Take 2-3 tablets, twice daily (Morning and Evening)
Strengthen the immune system and soothe allergic conditions: Take 2-4 tablets daily.
