"Durex 2024 Christmas Reward!" Terms and Conditions
The "Durex 2024 Christmas Reward!" (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") is organized by Reckitt Benckiser (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and will be held from 12:00 AM on December 6, 2024, to 11:59 PM on December 31, 2024 (based on the date shown on the receipt). By participating in the Event, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.
The Event is only open to residents of Hong Kong.
 
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
 
Participants can join the Event through the following three methods. The Company will distribute the following prizes based on the order of registration and receipt time as shown on the online purchase channels and data received via Google Forms:
Prize 1: Marshall Willen Portable Speaker Black & Brass 1pcs (16 winners in total) 
Prize 2: Apple AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation 1pcs  (13 winners in total)
Participation Methods:
Method 1: During the Event period, purchase Durex products (excluding Durex K-Y lubricants) at the designated sales points, spend at least HKD$2,699 (for a chance to win Prize 1) or HKD$4,199 (for a chance to win Prize 2), upload the receipt to the designated website (https://bit.ly/4fLXDM9), and fill in accurate, true, and valid information. If the uploaded receipt is verified as eligible, the Event gifts will be distributed within 30 working days after the Event ends, based on the order shown on the receipt. Gifts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Winners will be contacted to collect their prizes within two weeks at Reckitt Benckiser (2206-11, 22/F, Chubb Tower, Windsor House, 311 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong). Failure to collect the prize within two weeks will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.

Reckitt Benckiser's working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
 
Prizes must be collected in person by the registered participant. If authorizing someone else to collect the prize, the authorized person must bring a copy of the participant's Hong Kong ID and an authorization letter, which must include the full name and Hong Kong ID number of both the participant and the authorized person.
 
If the uploaded receipt information is false, incomplete, or damaged, the Company reserves the right to disqualify the participant. 
 
The Company is not responsible for the maintenance or repair of any prizes. For any inquiries or disputes regarding the maintenance and/or repair of the prizes, please contact the third-party manufacturer directly.
 
Each person and each receipt can only participate in the Event once. If duplicate winners are found, the Company will select another winner based on the order shown on the receipt.
 
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, or other gifts and services, nor can they be transferred or resold. If the Company is unable to provide the specified prizes for any reason, the Company reserves the right to substitute with other prizes.
 
The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or delete any terms and conditions of the Event or change the content of the Event at any time for any reason without prior notice to participants. Participants should check the details before participating in the Event. Participants agree that their participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of these changes, whether or not they have been notified by the Company. In case of any dispute regarding the Event or these terms and conditions, the Company's decision shall be final.
 
The registration data and time for the Event will be based on the data received via the online purchase channels and Google Forms. The Company is not responsible for any delays, losses, errors, or unrecognizable conditions caused by technical issues or server failures. Once the winners are announced, participants cannot dispute the results.
 
The Event is subject to the relevant terms and conditions. The interpretation of the terms and conditions is subject to the Company's discretion. The Company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the Event. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Event at any time.
 
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
 
By participating in the Event, participants indicate that they have read and accepted the Event terms and conditions; have read the Company's Personal Data Collection Statement (available at: https://www.durex.com.hk/pages/policy#legalNotice); and agree to the Company's collection and use of their personal data in accordance with the statement; and guarantee that the uploaded information is owned by them and does not infringe on the legal rights of any third party.
 
The Company collects personal data, including name, contact number, and shipping address, on a voluntary basis from participants. The personal data of participants is only used for the Event, and the Company will not use the personal data for other purposes without the participant's consent.
